NYC: Protest against fundraisier for the Israeli occupation

Event Description :
A protest and march against the $1,000-a-plate fundraising dinner for the Israeli Occupation Forces. Appearing at the event will be Chief of the Israeli Defense Force General Staff Gabi Ashkenazi, whom the protestors describe as a war criminal.

Demonstrators will meet at 53rd St and Lexington Ave at 5:00pm, and march to the Waldorf Astoria for the rally at 6:00pm.

Signs will be provided. Participants are asked to wear something black.
